Capt. Joe Fortier clocked in for his last day of service with the Dover Fire Department on Wednesday. A 28 year veteran of the fire department, Fortier’s run at the department was celebrated with family, friends and co-workers yesterday at the Liberty North End fire station. Fortier addressed those who had gathered, and thanked his family, including parents Gina and Bill Fortier, for their continued support.
