A 46 year old Ogunquit man is behind bars after being arrested for aggravated cultivation of marijuana. Ogunquit police executed a search warrant at Phillip Perry’s home on Bittersweet Lane that uncovered a growing operation. Ogunquit police have not released exactly how much pot was recovered in that raid. Perry is being held at the York County Jail on $10,000 bail. He’ll be arraigned in Superior Court in Alfred on October 11^th.  Police say their investigation is ongoing and additional arrests could still be made.
