A pedestrian was killed in a crash on Route 286 in Seabrook Friday night. That crash happened at about 8:35 p.m. near Brown’s Lobster Pound and Markey’s Lobster Pool. Police were called to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was rushed to Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport, Mass., where they were pronounced dead. The victim’s name was not immediately released because family members were still being notified. Route 286 was closed for four hours while police investigated and reconstructed the accident.
