Portsmouth & Arts Festival Partner for Renovations
Portsmouth City manager John Bohenko has worked out the lease details with the Prescott Park Arts Festival that will bring $500,000 in renovations the riverside park's pavilion building. Prescott Park Art Festival is expected to shell out around $200,000 toward the project, while the city will match that amount. Additional monies will come from a recently awarded N.H. Community Development Finance Authority tax credits. The total cost of the project is expected to be about $560,000. Renovations will primarily focus on the bathrooms and the concession stand.
