Rochester Man Indicted on Criminal Threatening Charge

A 32 year old Rochester man has been indicted on criminal threatening charges, as its alleged that he verbally threatened a man while showing a knife. That incident happened back on June 13th, when Police say Dylan Adams told one Devin Leavy that he would cut him while brandishing a knife. The indictment for a single count of criminal threatening also included two misdemeanor counts of simple assault, as Adams is also accused of pushing a 17 year old girl during that incident and also shoving Leavy. He is currently being held on $1,500 cash bail, which could be converted to personal recognizance bail if the Community Corrections decide that he can be monitored. He is set to be back in Strafford County Superior court today for an arraignment.
