The University of New Hampshire and the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research have announced a partnership with the Portsmouth Brewery to bring a Seacoast Science Cafe series to the brewery on Market Street on four Wednesday evenings this fall. The University says that The Seacoast Science Cafe will bring the coastal community face-to-face with researchers to engage in dialogue about the latest scientific discoveries on the interactions between ecosystems and society. The series are slated to take place on the following Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at the Brewery: Sept 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 14 and Dec. 5. According to UNH, they will cover climate change, snow in New Hampshire, forest ecosystems and the health of Great Bay. The talks are open to the public.
