A 48-year old Barrington man is charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Conduct after an Accident, following a hit and run. On Sunday Rochester and Dover Police responded to Blackwater Road, near the city line, for a report of a Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident.  Police were told that a pickup truck with heavy front end damage had left the scene of the accident and a passenger of the other vehicle still on scene was injured. A nearby resident noticed a suspicious vehicle in their area, and called Police, who identified the driver of the GMC Sierra as Joseph Liska, of Barrington.   Police says Liska was traveling north on Blackwater Road when he crossed the center line and struck a Dodge Durango, driven by Harold Arno of Rochester. A passenger in the Durango was treated for serious injuries.  Both Liska and Arno were treated for minor injuries and released.
