A 36-year old Rochester man who fled the Lilac Mall with his children following a report of a domestic disturbance in the parking lot, had to be Tasered when offices caught up to him. James Nesbitt, of No Main St is charged with Criminal Mischief, Disobeying an Officer and Resisting Arrest Nesbitt could not post bail the $5-thousand bail and is being held at the Strafford County House of Corrections awaiting arraignment at 11.
