The new EasyPark "pay as you go" transponder will soon be available and launched in November for driver's in Dover. The pre-paid transponder will work in Dover parking lots, and simply needs to be turned on and be displayed in the car's windshield. Not only do you not need to look for change anymore, but the transponder charges by the minute now, so you don't need to guess how long you'll be parking for. Transponders can now be picked up at the Dover Police Department, where they're available for $19.95 and pre-loaded with $10 for parking.
