Portsmouth police arrested 45 year old Juan Blea after an incident at Dos Amigos Burritos where they say Blea assaulted members of the staff. Police say he was acting obnoxious and even went so far as physically assaulting a female employee and the store manager.  Blea fled the scene in his car as officers were responding, and a chase insued that ended on Bow Street. Officers had to draw their weapons as Blea was uncooperative and refused to exit his vehicle.  Blea was charged with disobeying an officer, reckless conduct, aggravated driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, two traffic violations, and seven counts of simple assault. He was held on $15,000 cash bail and is set to be arraigned today.
