Now that the West Nile virus has been found in mosquitoes that were trapped in North Hampton, spraying to control adult mosquitoes will take place at the school, town common, Dearborn Park and Knowles Field on Wednesday evening. People may not be present during spraying and the spraying sites will be closed from 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29 until 5 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30. Town officials say backpack sprayers and a truck mounted sprayer will be used. No town wide road spraying is scheduled. Dragon Mosquito Control Inc. of Brentwood will be the applicator.
