Berwick Police identified the man killed last Friday morning after being struck by a cement truck in the driveway of the Redimix Companies plant as 55 year old Thomas Palermo of Merrimack. Police received a call at 10 a.m.  on Friday, that a pedestrian had been struck by a concrete truck in the plant's driveway. Arriving officers and rescue personnel attempted to revive the victim but those attempts were unsuccessful. An investigation by local police and OSHA are ongoing. The driver of the truck was identified as 32 year old James Davis of Newmarket.
