A Rochester man accused of robbing a convenience store in Dover saw his probable cause hearing waived on Thursday in Dover District Court. Christopher Ross was arrested and charged with robbing the Tedeschi store on August 17^th, where he flashed a handgun at the clerk, demanded cash and then fled from that store on Central Avenue. The 18 year old Ross pleaded with a judge on August 20^th to leave the Strafford County House of Corrections, but that request was denied and bail was set at $10,000. Now that his hearing was waived, he is set to go before the grand jury in Strafford County Superior Court in the next three months.
