The Obama campaign has said that the President, First Lady, and Vice President Biden and his wife will be coming to Portsmouth on Friday for a campaign stop. This visit will be the first stop after Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC on Thursday night. According to multiple sources, the President and Vice President will address supporters at the Strawberry Banke Museum.
