It took firefighters more than an hour to get the flames under control at a house fire in Lebanon Tuesday afternoon. None of the five residents of that residence on Oak Hill Road were at home when the fire gutted that structure. Crews from Milton, Rochester, Farmington, and Berwick assisted the Lebanon fire department who initially fought those flames from the outside before moving inside the structure, to quell all flames. The homes garage made it through, but the home is being considered a total loss. No cause has yet to be determined and an investigation is continuing.
