Amtrak Southbound out of Dover was delayed for a short time yesterday, after a man fell  over the embankment near the Cocheco River near the train trestle that runs along Third Street. An unidentified 58 year old Maine man needed assistance by rescue crews to be taken out of that 80 foot embankment. Police believe that the man, along with another, had slept in that area overnight and apparently the man had rolled down that embankment. Police believe that the man had been drinking.
