The Rochester Planning Board is set to hold public hearings on a few plans this evening. The Board will first hold a hearing on a site plan application by the state of New Hampshire to construct a park-and-ride facility on Washington Street that would have 200 parking spaces and a concrete area for passengers to access transit buses. The Board will also look to take final action on the city's application for a lot line revision at the Granite State Business Park, paving the way for Newport Computers to build a 45,000-square-foot industrial building. A public hearing will also be held on preliminary site plans for Care Pharmacy to put in a pharmacy with a drive-through at an existing building on the corner of South Main and Linden streets.
