Following two incidents last week in Dover, where two separate men approached two school children naked from the waist down, a group of six year old boys were playing at the athletic field on Shaw Lane, when they were approached by an unfamiliar man who asked the children if they would like to help him fly his kite. The stranger did leave when one of the boys mothers noticed the man and approached the boys. Although the mother did report the incident to Dover police she did not feel that police needed to respond as the man had left the area. Dover Police are continuing their investigation into last week’s indecent exposure cases, where two separate men approached two children while being naked from the waist down on Bellamy Road in the morning of September 5^th, and that afternoon on Alumni Drive.
