An Exeter man has been indicted by a Rockingham Superior Court grand jury on two counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images and two counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. 21 year old Robert Stephens is alleged to have filmed two juveniles having sex last summer at a Hampton Beach residence and then putting that video up on YouTube. Hampton police began an investigation back in January when one of the juveniles on the video came forward after discovering that the video was put up online. That female said that the sex was consensual but the taping was not. Stephens is currently at the Rockingham County jail after the jury found enough evidence to warrant a trial.
