A Plaistow man was arrested on Thursday on charges that he was providing illegal drugs to inmates at the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. 23 year old Scott Martin was charged with sale of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and conspiracy, following a month long investigation by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force, the Plaistow Police Department, and other area departments. Martin is currently being housed in the Rockingham County Department of Corrections on a $2,500 cash bail.
