Somersworth Police seized more than 100 grams of heroin and $50,000 in cash, plus several firearms while serving a search warrant that landed two men in jail. 33 year old Matthew Sauvageau and 40 year old Jamie Easton were picked up yesterday after Somersworth Police along with New Hampshire’s Attorney General’s Task force investigated their drug operation and obtained arrest and search warrants. Both have been charged with sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Sauvageau was held on $50,000 cash bail and Easton was released on a $25,000 personal recognizance. A probable cause hearing for Sauvageau has been set for September 24th, while Eaton will be arraigned on October 4th, both at Dover Circuit Court.
