A two vehicle accident in Rochester last night ended with a local man behind bars, charged with driving under the influence. 51 year old Duane Weeks of Rochester ran into the rear of a vehicle that was being driven by Christina Garcia, as Garcia slowed to make a turn off of Rochester Hill Road. Although both vehicles were severely damaged there were no injuries reported. Rochester Police arrested Weeks and he has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he is set to be arraigned in Rochester District Court on October 22.
