Grandparents Gain Custody of Grandson

3 year old boy who was living at the mobile home in Somersworth where police found guns, 100 grams of heroin and $50,000, has now been place in the custody of his grandparents.  Rye Town Clerk Beth Yeaton and her husband Norman were granted physical and legal custody of the little boy by a Superior Court judge, after her son in law, Mathew Sauvageau, was arrested last week on felony charges alleging his possession of drugs and possession with intent to distribute them. Yeaton’s daughter also lived at that home, but wasn’t arrested, and police say the little boy was most likely exposed to the criminal activity that was going on at that residence.  Beth Yeaton has been Rye’s town clerk and deputy town clerk for a total of 22 years while her husband is a 33-year business owner. That helped to sway the judge and grant the grandparents legal and primary custody of their grandson.
