Kittery Police responded to the site of a stabbing on Wilson road on Sunday evening. When they arrived on site they discovered a 69 man bleeding from a stab wound to the stomach. The unidentified man was taken to York hospital with non-life threatening wounds, while police arrested 36 year old Layla Bautista-Gaspar, a Portsmouth woman who had been a visitor to that home. Baustista-Gaspar was charged with aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, which is a Class B felony.  She is currently being held on $10,000 cash bail and should be arraigned today.
