Reporter: Dave Andreesen Date: September 27, 2012
The U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive with known gang associations who may be in the Seacoast area. Twenty-two year old Paul Michael Skaltsis is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for parole violations in connection with a previous conviction for aggravated assault. Skaltsis is considered extremely dangerous and has many prior arrests, as well as being associated with gangs in the area. The Marshals said he was last known to be in the Rochester area, and may still be hiding out there. A picture and description of Skaltsis is currently posted on our Facebook page. Anyone who has any information or may know the whereabouts of Skaltsis is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals at 877- WANTED-2 or their local police department.
