A  New Durham man will now be arraigned on October 4^th, after being indicted on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a minor under the age of 13. 40 year old Jeffrey Corbezzolo was indicted on four counts of sexual assault of child which allegedly occurred between November 2005 and February 2006. Corbezzolo could be looking at 10 to 30 years in prison on each charge plus thousands of dollars in fines.
