Rochester police are looking for the publics help in apprehending a man they say robbed the Market Basket in Rochester on Sunday. Police say a white male in his late 20s or early 30s entered that grocery store just before 5pm, demanded money from a cashier, while insinuating that he had a weapon. The man then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police brought out a K9 dog but were unable to catch a scent. Police say no weapon was actually shown and no injuries were reported. The mans image was caught on the stores security cam, and anyone with any information is being asked to call Rochester Crimeline at 335-6500.
