The Rochester City Council last night voted for David Hynes to fill the vacant Ward 4 Seat B position on the Council. He defeated three other candidates also vying for the position, which were Jeff DeLemus, Don Hamman, and Albert Small. That seat was previously held by Ray Lundborn, who unexpectedly died back in August. The Council also accepted the resignation of Gloria Larochelles from the Planning Board, Technical Review Committee, and Conservation Commission. Larochelles sited health reasons for her stepping down from those positions.
