A legislative committee assigned to look at the various claims against the NH Liquor Commission, met on Tuesday to discuss how to change the current culture at the Commission. The work session came after a month of testimony in which commissioners Joe Mollica and Michael Milligan were faced with many questions, from hiring a lobbyist to apparently posting the chief of liquor enforcement's job just days after he testified before the committee. One of the more popular ideas discussed was having just one Liquor Commissioner instead of three. The committee is due to file their report next month. Liquor commissioners were invited to take part in Tuesdays session, but declined.
