Gubernatorial candidates Ovide Lamontange and Maggie Hassan squared off in a televised debate last night and wasted no time taking swipes at each other. The two addressed issues including the economy, jobs and business. Both oppose an income tax, but differed on putting the tax ban into the state constitution. Both Lamontagne and Hassan said they support casino gambling in the state but differed on how to pick a location. They also differed on whether New Hampshire should be a right to work state and if same sex marriage should continue to be legal in the state. Both did agree on
the fact that jobs and the economy are top priorities for the state.
