Kennebunk Bank comes to Dover

When Rite Aid in Dover moved across the street to their new building on Central Avenue in 2007, the old building has since sat vacant. Now Kennebunk Savings Bank will be moving into a new multi-unit building on that spot, and according to George Conway, a member of Dover RA Central & Oak LLC, the additional 6,500 square feet space, not to be used by the bank, is available for purchase. The Bank will take up 4,500 square feet of that facility, with a drive thru scheduled to be built. Conway says they have had inquiries into the additional space, but he says the right business has not yet come forward.
