29 year old Seth Mazzaglia of Dover was ordered held without bail this morning in Dover Circuit Court for the death of 19 year old UNH student Elizabeth Marriott. Judge Stephen Morrision read the complaints this morning as Mazzaglia was by indicted via video from Concord. Lizzi Marriott, a marine biology major, was last heard from on Tuesday evening. The search for her body is continuing. Seth Mazzaglia will be held without bail at Strafford County House of Corrections and is scheduled to appear for a probable cause hearing on Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. New Hampshire Assistant Attorney General Jane Young said authorities will hold a press conference at Dover Circuit Court with the latest updates in the case this afternoon.
