Public Service of New Hampshire reports that power was lost in the city of Portsmouth this morning just after 7 o clock, knocking power out to 29 hundred costumers, according to PSNH’s Catalina Solantano. A blown transformer is now said to have been to blame. Two crews worked to restore the power and had those customers back on line during the eleven o’clock hour. Solantano said the outage was affecting the south side of the city around South Street, Sagamore Avenue and Middle Street.
