Returning to New Hampshire with just two and a half weeks before people head to the polls , President Barack Obama says rival Mitt Romney "took another swing and whiffed" when asked to explain how he'd pay for his tax cut plan during this week's debate.
Obama spoke to about 6,000 people Thursday in downtown Manchester, where he stuck to the same energized lines of attack he's taken since Tuesday's debate. It was Obama's fifth trip this year to New Hampshire, where polls show a tight race.
