A Dover judge is weighing whether to release documents that may shed some light on the death of 19 year old Elizabeth Marriott. Judge Stephen Morrison heard arguments on Monday in Dover Circuit Court after motions were filed by several media outlets to have all or some of the documents in that case released. During Seth Mazzaglia’s arraignment on October 19^th, the judge ordered all documents sealed in the case, as the state says they don’t want to release the information that they feel could compromise their case, but the attorney for those who want at least some of the information released doesn’t see how that could put the states case at risk. In the end, Judge Morrison took the arguments under advisement, and scheduled a private meeting with the defense attorney and prosecutor to hear how the release of the sealed documents might impact the criminal investigation.
