Report on No Confidence Vote Due Thursday in Kittery
A final report into the vote of no confidence levied against Kitterys police chief is expected on Thursday. Town Manager Robert Markel says they expect to see the final report on that day that has been compiled by Municipal Resources Incorporated, who were hired back in September to investigate into that no confidence vote against Chief Paul Callaghan. At that time, members of the Police departments patrolmen and sergeants unions issued a letter saying they had no confidence in Callaghans leadership and laid out six grievances. Investigators have interviewed all members of the police department and Markel says he does not know what the final report will say.
