President Obama and Mitt Romney Scheduled for New Hampshire Appearances
Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney will make two stops in New Hampshire prior to election day. The former Mass Governor will visit Portsmouth International Airport, at Pease International Tradeport, this Saturday for a rally at 9 a.m.Romney will also appear at Verizon Wireless Arena with musician Kid Rock on Monday evening just prior to Tuesdays elections. Ayotte and Florida Senator Marco Rubio are slated to campaign for Romney in Manchester today. The senators will attend a “get-out-the-vote” event at the Executive Court Inn, on South Mammoth Road. Doors will open at noon, and the program will begin at 12:30 p.m. President Obama will also be making what is probably his last campaign stop in the Granite State before the elections. He will be in Concord on Sunday with former President Bill Clinton. President Obama won New Hampshire in 2008, but this year recent polls have given him just a slight edge over Romney, so the state is definitely still in play.
