There’s been another incident involving fake money in the Portsmouth area. This time a surveillance camera caught a woman using a counterfeit 20 dollar bill in Market Square on Saturday. It comes on the heels of reports Friday of two fake 20’s and a false 50 dollar bill being used in the same location and on Woodbury Avenue. Police are appealing for information via Crimestoppers at 431-1199. It is likely federal officials will also be called in to help with the investigation.
