Portsmouth Police are urging people not to drink and drive this weekend. City police and other law enforcement agencies will be conducting sobriety checkpoints in the Portsmouth area. Times and locations have not been disclosed. Portsmouth Police, along with the NH State Police and the NH Liquor Commission will make every effort this weekend to apprehend drunk drivers.
